We have built an advanced, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and unit-automated automotive leaf spring production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons. We are one of the leading manufacturers of conventional multi leaf springs & parabolic springs in all sectors, including European, Korean, American, Japan, Russian trucks, buses, caravan, and semi trailer leaf springs.
Our unit-automated production lines (equipment) include:
Leaf Spring Blanking: Fully automated from loading, blanking, punching, to unloading and stacking.
Short Taper Rolling: Utilizes medium-frequency induction heating and insert-type short taper rolling mills. Other end hot-forming operations are performed synchronously on a three-station hydraulic press.
Parabolic (Tapered) Leaf Spring Rolling: Uses natural gas heating, fully automatic servo rolling mills, and robotic loading for end hot-forming. The entire process, from loading to unloading and stacking, is fully automated.
Eye Forming & Wrapping: Employs natural gas heating and hydraulic automatic eye-rolling machines, achieving high precision in eye roundness and vertical parallelism.
Heat Treatment: Robotic loading, regenerative walking-beam quenching furnaces with natural gas heating, and robotic quenching loading ensure high control precision and excellent heat treatment quality.
Stress Shot Peening: Automatic stress application. High-speed shot streams impact the tension surfaces of the workpieces, generating residual compressive stresses that improve surface quality and significantly enhance fatigue life of the leaf springs.
Assembly Line: Flow production ensures high efficiency. Through Scragging, each leaf obtains a certain residual compressive stress on its tension surface, resulting in stable arch height (camber) and extended fatigue life.
Electrophoretic Coating (E-coat) Line: Fully automated from loading, conveying, pre-treatment, electrophoretic coating, drying, to unloading, ensuring excellent coating quality and high production efficiency.
